Don Darnell-Head Gnome lives in the rural Midwest. He has always been a car guy. From an early age, there has always been a Hot Wheels car in his pocket. Today he in the process of restoring a 65 Corvair Coupe, and always has projects in the waiting. His collection also includes a 65 Corvair Convertible and his wife’s 57 Chevy Pickup. Don’s daily driver is a 92 Caprice Wagon. You will not find a bigger Chevy fan.
After having cancer, he decided it was time to start some of the projects he had been putting off. Motor Gnomes was a project a long time in the coming.

Cort Stevens – Caprice Classic/Monte Carlo Gnome lives in northeastern Illinois. He has an inexplicable love for Monte Carlos, though that seems to be slowly switching to Caprice Classics. He currently has 5 Monte Carlos, 1972, 1976, 1979, 1981 and 1987 … one of each generation produced. His “winter warrior” is a 1979 Caprice Classic sedan. Born with a congenital heart disease, he was not all that active as a youngster … so cars were his game. He has a nice collection of automotive models of various sizes, and also has an HO scale train and has built a lego house. He also LOVES to write.
Mick McWilliams – Hailing from the Australian Sunshine Coast I have no tolerance of cold weather or bad drivers. I love big noisy things and the beach, as well as more than a passing interest in wagons.
